Persevering in Prayer

Prayer is how people connect with God. They may have troubling and perplexing problems that are tugging at their heart, mind, and soul. Known by different names their God is seen as compassionate, omnipotent, forgiving, and understanding. Many do believe if they are earnest their petitions are answered. Tapping into this higher power is most reassuring. Still, unbelievers argue this exercise is wishful thinking and delusional. It may well be prayer is not for everyone. But faithful believers persevere in prayer because they find it works for them.
